The department informs that JSC National Company KazMunaiGas and CNPC Exploration and Development Company Ltd (CNPC E&D) signed the agreement on purchase of 100 % of shares of JSC ManGistauMunaiGas from Central Asia Petroleum Ltd. on April, 16th, 2009 in Beijing.
